Make sure your device is running Android 6.0 or later and the app is updated to the latest version. If the issue persists, try clearing the app cache in your device Settings, then restart the app.
Ads may be temporarily unavailable due to network conditions or policy enforcement. This usually resolves automatically within a short time.
Some of our apps offer a temporary ad-free period by watching a rewarded video. Look for the option on the app’s home screen.
App data (scores, settings, history) is stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app or clearing app data will remove this information. We are unable to recover lost local data.
Update the app and try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data. VPN speed depends on network quality, congestion, and server distance. If the problem persists, contact us.
